What is Torai?

Torai is a web application that connects Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Drive in your own Google Account. It supports post creation, scheduling, automated publishing, post analytics, and responder management for X.

You do not need to make detailed edits to spreadsheet rows and columns. Create and schedule posts in Torai, then review the Response Inbox, Responder CRM, and Post Analytics after publishing.

Publishing and analytics data flow in Torai

The following information is stored securely in your own Google Sheet and Google Drive:

  • X account information
  • Post content and publication times
  • Images
  • Post information and engagement metrics captured from X
  • Responders, CRM stages, tags, and notes

What you can do with Torai

Torai brings publishing, analysis, and follow-up into one interface.

  • Get help creating posts
  • Publish at a specified date and time
  • Configure automated posting
  • Manage post data through Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Receive automated posting status on your phone through Discord notifications
  • Review impressions, engagement, and daily trends for your own posts
  • Use the Response Inbox to review reactions to your posts
  • Manage responder stages, tags, and notes in the CRM
  • Generate a Gemini reply draft, review it, and respond manually on X

The controls are similar to creating a normal post, so you can get started even if you are not comfortable editing spreadsheets directly.

How Torai differs from other tools

With many social media tools, publishing and analytics data are kept inside the service.

Torai stores post content, images, captured post metrics, and responder records in your Google Sheet and Google Drive. Your Apps Script performs publishing and data collection, so you manage the data location and processing flow in your own Google environment.

You can create posts, choose images, set publication times, analyze results, and manage responders in Torai without editing the spreadsheet directly.

Limits

Torai connects Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Apps Script, and X, so the limits of each service apply.

Google limits

Google limits Apps Script execution time, external requests, Google Drive storage, file sizes, and other resources. Check your Google usage when publishing at high volume, using large media files, or collecting data for many posts and responders.

  • Total program runtime for communication with Torai and publishing to X: 90 minutes per day
  • Runtime for one execution: up to 6 minutes
  • External requests: 20,000 per day
  • Data sent or received: 50 MB per request
  • Triggers: 20

X limits

On February 6, 2026, X ended its $200/month and $5,000/month services and moved to pay-per-use pricing. Charges are paid using credits purchased in advance or automatic top-ups. You can also set a monthly spending cap.

You can estimate your usage charges on the X pricing page. Reads for post information, engagement metrics, and responders contribute to usage in addition to publishing actions.

An affordable monthly service

Torai is available as a monthly subscription.

You can start and stop at any time. Unless you delete your account, you can restart whenever you need it again.

info

When you stop your subscription, Torai's paid features become unavailable. Restarting the subscription restores access on the same account.

What you need to get started

Prepare these two accounts before starting:

  • A Google Account
  • An X account

The Google Account is used for Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. The X account is used to publish posts and retrieve information about your own posts and responders.

Helpful but optional

A Discord account lets you receive automated posting results and notifications on your phone.

Discord is free and is not required, but it is useful if you want to check posting status while away from your computer.
