Prepare a Google Account
Torai uses Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Drive to manage post data, images, videos, and data collected by X Marketing.
What you need
- A Google Account
- Permission to create Google Sheets
- Permission to deploy Apps Script
- Enough Google Drive storage for images and videos
Important notes
Google Sheets stores scheduled posts and results as well as responders, the latest metrics for each post, daily snapshots, and X Marketing run history. Apps Script runs automated publishing and the daily X Marketing collection job on Google's servers.
If you want to use a separate Google Account for posting, keep a record of which account is associated with each set of X API keys, Google Sheet, and Torai configuration.
caution
Responder names, reaction details, CRM notes, post text, and post metrics are also stored in your Google Sheet. Review its sharing settings before granting access to anyone else.
